To the Villas Spouter who complained about the security lights shining in their windows.There are reasons for the lights.I don't know if this is directed to me or someone else? But thats all you have to do is reach out to me. I am one of the few old school neighbors ,that will solve the problem for you, not yell and scream ,and verbally attack you.I want to be a good neighbor like I have been all my life here.
