Recently I read an article in this paper about what I would deem a frivolous lawsuit, part of which names Harry "Buzz" Mogck as one of the defendants. I have known Buzz for 25+ years. He personifies the image and actions of a true lifeguard and leader. The CMBP owes the success it has had protecting the lives of beach goers directly to the leadership of Buzz Mogck. The accusations against him are false, and I hope Cape May and all who know him...back him!!!
