Read a Spout Off online that the City of NWWPD,will be promoting a new chief who,lives 40 miles from here.Well,for sometime this individual has lived 40 miles away & taking a city issued car home.Where have you been? Things will not change within this administration until residents who live here full time run against them. If I am correct there are several seats up this year.So,lets get out & get names on the ballot. I know I will vote for whom ever isn't the incumbents.Change is good for checks & balances.
