Re: The Cape May comment on the proposed height for the new seawall/promenade on the east end of town and how he/she feels it will be too high and become overgrown with bayberry and beach plums bushes similar to the west end of town. The natural vegetation that has grown on the west end actually helps keep the sand in place, protecting our shoreline. Pretty sure the Spouter is more concerned with losing their view of the beach and ocean than the protection the new seawall will give our town.
