Can't have a Beer on the beach, can't smoke a cigarette, can't play frisbee, can't play ball, can't eat, (in some places), can't fly a kite, can't play shell game, but you now can light up a fattie, blunt, bong, bowl, tube, one hitter and smoke till your brains melt in the sand! I can see the increase of drownings and sunburn hospital visits just coming down the road fast ! But, but, but it's legal.... Only good thing is, the pizza and snack shops on the boardwalk will make a killing!
