Philadelphia is calling their gun buy back this past Saturday a success. 150 guns were turned in. I wonder how many of them were turned in by criminals. Just look at the number of guns taken off of the street in Cape May County by the police during drug arrests just this year. It's all smoke and mirrors by the incompetent Philly government. Good job by the police in our area.
