Well now the 2 trillion dollar Covid -19 relief bill is so large and spending has nothing to do with helping to get people healthy and safe. Bailouts for governments in states that have not reduced taxes but raised them ,shut down businesses, want to fix budget and pension holes from years of poor management. Let's just help those who had financial loss because of shut downs.
