Stimulus checks are essential to those whose income has been severely reduced by the pandemic. However there are many people whose income has not been affected. Those on fixed incomes like social security, IRAs and other guaranteed sources have not been impacted by job loss or other reduced incomes and should not receive Stimulus checks.
