How do the taxpayers of Lower Township start the process of terminating the contract of the private firm who allegedly handles animal control? Enough with saving a few thousand dollars a year with this outfit. We need Township employees again to get a hold of all the animal problems, not just lip service from the present people hired. If it goes back to the Township we can get some accountability and be done with the excuses for not showing up when someone calls.
