I understand they are trying to put a 310 capacity Bar and Restaurant on Avalon’s Boardwalk next to a playground. They had a meeting to push all the variances through without people knowing about it. the minutes of that meeting aren’t published on the website. They are planning to use Municipal Parking which was designed for families going to the beach. They will have, drinking, eating and music with neon lighting glaring till 2:00am in a residential area. Why are they hiding this.
