The Cape May Mayor elect has a right to form his own government as he sees fit in the new year. This last second hurry to approve things to confound the new council is a sad move from the city Manager to Mayor Lear and council women Hendricks. City Manager should have been fired on the spot for his behavior last meeting, should have presented his decision in a respectfull way and not get into a yelling match about it. Would have came across better.
