Avalon held a Christmas parade on Friday November 27 and from Facebook videos posted there were crowds and yet no social distancing at the 21st st circle. On November 23 the Governor ordered outdoor gatherings be limited to 150 people. Why did Avalon hold this parade?? Thank you Stone Harbor for cancelling this year's event. It is not yet safe in crowds.
