To the Stone Harbor spouter, I do live in Stone Harbor and it is my primary residence. If you don’t think outside the box we will never get anything accomplished. All I suggested was to look at a bridge that was manufactured at a plant and transported by water. If not by water how about in sections by helicopter. And thanks to the editor for explaining that residence is not a requirement for expressing an idea.
