Could someone in the City of NWW, answer this question, why are the trash cans up by the seawall & not on the sidewalk as, always? Seems like the City is making it difficult for those of us, who walk our dogs to dispose of trash? If, PW is going to move the cans along Anglesea Dr, then remove all the cans along Surf Ave.,& else where.
