The city of Cape May announced this week in that the city is considering using an iPhone app called Vipley(sp) to purchase seasonal beach tags. This is long overdue and would make purchasing beach tags much easier. However, the app is called Viply and while their web site shows that it is a free app. It is not available for download. They might want to check into this before making any further announcements.
