Lower Township taxpayers got an early Christmas present when the Manager retired last week. His legacy will be his failed Taj Mahal Aquatic Center .The senior citizens just wanted a simple indoor pool to do laps in a few times a week and he took the idea to the next level and we got absolutely nothing.
