A Spouter claims that $3.7 million intended for Biden's cancer research charity was instead used to pay "administrative fees". Once again, a Spouter has failed to do his or her homework. The funds in question are in no way related to the Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot program. It's money connected to an entirely different nonprofit whose mission was never cancer research in the first place. The "Beau" nonprofit is a government program approved by Congress with bipartisan support for cancer research. It has allocated $1.8 billion to the National Cancer Institute and $500 million to the FDA.
