Just read the Lower Township Manager retired. About time. Don't know the new person who is taking over but maybe the Township can get something done now. All those years of promises to clean up the township and got nothing but lip service and more unneeded projects at inflated prices that raised taxes and brought more people into an overcrowded area already. Hope the new person drives though Villas and doesn't say "everything is fine here" like the last manager.
