About the parking ticket in Cape May, I didn’t make a mistake, I have owned down here for 20 years, never knew Dec. 31st was the date now, instead of Oct. 31st. I knew they amped up the cost for meters for only certain areas. By the time you are done eating you have another $10.00 bill. Don’t you think these businesses are suffering enough, that is why there were a lot of parking places open.
