Boys Scouts are going to clean up Sea Isle Blvd, Wonderful and thank you Boy Scouts.However real problem is the residents and visitors going in and out of Sea Isle as they have no respect for the meadows and waterways along Blvd. You don't see the same amount of trash along Avalon and Stone Harbor Blvds .WHY??
