The plastic and paper nag ban is just typicval of this state. It is a mess. I guess the state expects us all to carry around little tote bags when we run in and out of convenience stores. This just does not just effect Super Markets folks, we will have to have our little cloth bags to go the the drug store or Wawa, the sandwich shop or the hardware store. Want to pick up five electrical boxes and a bag of wire nuts? Better bring your little cloth tote bag. A state that lets 2000 criminals out in one day wants to save the world by banning bags.
