Former Crest Library Idea: Why not do a long term lease for the site to a high end restaurant? Let the new leasee pay for all upgrades and enhancement to the building. It would be true oceanfront dining with indoor and outdoor seating and could be open year round. The town can take in rent payments, not spend any money on the sight, give it a renewed purpose and retain ownership from a site currently not generating revenue for the town. NW did it with seaport pier so why not the former library?
