To the new resident spouter from Avalon regarding the underground utilities, if you are referring to the Avalon Marina on 21st Street, the developer of that property was completely persecuted by the Boro of Avalon and yet stood his ground. Kudos to him!!! The Boro relentlessly pursued a legal battle that the developer eventually won. The Borough of Avalon was forced to pay for the utilities to be placed underground. Actually the taxpayers paid while the politicians tried to claim it was a victory for the Boro. .
