To the Spouter who has never seen anyone in the the grassy area of Allen Park marked NO DOGS, I have seen many people who can’t read in there with their dogs. Apparently this is not enforced. If you don’t want to take your chances with that, use the one on the North Wildwood beach or the one in Wildwood. There are enough dog parks already.
