Can someone please tell me what qualifcations someone has to go through to be a supervisor at the ARC of CMC? What lincenses or certifacates are needed. Just curious. Are they nurse, counslers or social workers? . Because it seems when there is one bad resident in the bunch it brings the whole place down. Because the persons actions are just being avoided or they can't grasp the concept.
