I can't believe our commissioners in West Wildwood are actually thinking about changing the name of Columbus Beach at the end of the island. Please don't cave to political correctness. It's bad enough we are getting beach fees at this beach next summer.
Moderator's Note: West Wildwood commissioners, during their Aug. 20 meeting, said they would not be changing the name of the beach, or charging a beach fee, as this spouter claims.
