I’m curious. Has there ever been a project that the county Open Space Program has declined funding for? This started out as a tax to, as its name suggests, purchase “green” land and preserve it from development. However, like any other government agency it has expanded and expanded beyond its mission. It now seems to cover any proposed project. So what are some of the applications that have been denied?
