A big misunderstanding about the weeds in the monument at Rio and Susquehanna. People saw the workers cutting the grass but how did they not notice the weeds on the second level, had not been addressed? At the dedication, there were nice plants placed in a respectable order which were very attractive, now those plants have disappeared within the weeds that are overrunning the landscape.
