Looks like the Sheriffs case against the AG and the ICE directives has been dismissed and now the County is taking it to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Wonder if now that Testa is a Senator can he be the Sheriffs attorney or is he going to have to rely on the County counsel to win this case. If so will the county have to hire an outside counsel and spend taxpayers money. What’s this gonna cost? Enough with spending taxpayers money on these lawsuits.
