Has anyone thought about why the delay upon delay of the Lafayette Street Park and the Columbia Ave. Memorial? Both have Councilman Meier as City Council Liaison and Mott MacDonald as project engineer. It's time for their engineering projects to have a time sensitive monetary penalty clause for non-compliance with meeting schedules.
