To the gentleman that wrote "An Alternative to Reopening Schools" July 29, 2020. The schools do inform a families about "Xfinity Internet Essentials" every year in a packet that goes home to all students for parents to sign and or sign up for. However, the school district is not responsible for your bill. Xfinity Essential is either free or at a reduced cost. As far as I know, all students were sent home with their Chromebooks, so if they had a problem, they should have contacted the school. So, "my kid can't do his work because.." No! Say Something.
