Being a daily walker on the promenade in Cape May I would like to know why the lights from the life guard headquarters to the cove are not lit in the early morning. The town council needs to address this situation. I am a lady who walks alone, there are several other ladies who walk in the early morning. The job of the town council is to help protect its citizens.
