I support teachers . There are issues that need to be handled . Student and staff safety is important. But I get mad when some teachers are freaking out about their safety in the classroom even with good spacing and smaller classes , plastic walls and masks but are waitressing and bar tending, and going the pool and beach and basketball games with other people and other people’s kids. Oh. And coming into the grocery store I work at and I contact hundreds of people every day. I don’t like it . But I have to do it. I’m essential. What is more essential than a teacher ?
