Glad to hear that states are issuing fines to people not wearing mask.It's too bad that so many people died that may have lived but became infected from a person not wearing a masks.There is no breathing issues if you wear a light weight mask.It's not any different from wearing a scarf over your face in the winter.This selfish behavior is unacceptable especially from adults.
