The spouter from Cape May who received his ballot in the mail did so because of a fear of in person voting. Since he requested the ballot he asked for an absentee ballot. No one in the party mentioned has a problem with absentee ballots. They are verified and authorized after proof of eligibility is provided to the county clerk. The mail in ballots that are at issue are those that are mailed out to names and addresses not verified as registered voters.
