Covid-19 virus is becoming the scapegoat for every shortcoming in this City government, when in fact, it is really the lack of knowledge and leadership in planning going forward and the budget process. The spending is out of control and the revenues are way short of the funding necessary. This is all being overshadowed by giving the bars and restaurants special deals that have negative impact on the community and the attention is not centered on the real issues.
