It's bad enough living in fear of the Covid 19 virus, but to have a few bars close down makes things worse. Don't give excuses that there are kitchen problems or buildings need repairs as an excuse for closing. Tell it like it is from the start, not the next day, or you'll never be trusted when another occurrence comes along.
