I agree with the spouter about Villas looking like a used car lot. What is up with all the cars? Not just in the streets, but on peoples properties. Most look like they haven't run in years. Isn't there an ordinance about this somewhere? Do we have a Code Enforcement official? If so, do they ever drive around the streets of the Lower Township and ask property owners for an active registration on the vehicles?
