For the construction going on at Heather and Crocus .I don’t know why the city gave the special permits in June and July to go on. They have the sidewalks blocked you can’t walk a stroller down the sidewalks with the fence they have. Dumpsters both on Atlantic and Crocus blocking 3 to 4 parking spots. They have a construction trailer blocking three parking spots. They work two days in June and I have not worked since then . Who gave this permission to do this and take all the parking spots and block the sidewalk ? Come on ,this is the summer , they can’t do this in the off season?
