Someone needs to explain the merits to me of giving a Cape May County county employee (1350 employees) a payout of $2000 due to the Covid? They were paid weekly to sit home by the County taxpayers and now we are giving away $2000. Sounds like another stimulus check and why not make it fair and give it out to every Cape May County resident, all 95,000 of us? When do you plan on announcing our taxes in the County will double .
