Owners of the cute little white dog in Town BAnk ,please, please train it to top that hideous bone chilling ceaseless scream/bark when people, bikers, even leaves happen to pass. Not only does it bark, it jumps very high which frightens people! It's very rude, inconsiderate and horrifying to passers by and neighbors. Don't you hear it, don't you know how disturbing it is? Please please get him trained!
