Glad to hear that Stone Harbor council is reviewing the Beach Patrol building cost. Hope this is not another smoke screen to calm the concerns of taxpayers who believe it to be another wrong move. This is same group that approved the police station that provides no secure parking for the police vehicles. Walked past this AM and there were 7 vehicles parked in street in no parking zones. With the economy in uncertainty the council should shelve the idea. All the plan would do is duplicate the existing building with some extra garages. A small modular building would suffice.
