"Share the Road" for bikers, joggers and drivers does not mean sharing it with cell phones. It means to pay attention to each other and for bikers and joggers to stay to the far right of the road or in bike lanes if available, not to jog or bike down the middle of car lanes, and for drivers to slow down and keep left when passing bike or foot traffic.
