To: Stone Harbor Police :How about some speed control on 2nd Ave from 80th to 122nd Street. The seasonal residents are using 2nd Ave as a expressway. Why not give the foot patrolman giving parking tickets a radar gun and have them stationed at one end of a street and then a block away to wave over the speeders. People are not paying attention crossing by foot and especially by bike. Also put crosswalk cones every 2 blocks.
