I just wanna know if the guy who the police officer shot ,grabbed the officers gun instead of his taser and turned around and shot the officer with that ,would he be in the wrong then??? I mean the guy was resisting arrest. Straight up on the video and he did try to taser the cop so why is it that the police officer is the one in the wrong? The guy was drinking and driving which was the first mistake then resisted arrest which was his second mistake and taking the cops taser third mistake. But the cop protects himself and loses his job. What a shame .
