Every weekend late at night a large pontoon boat with giant engines and neon lights rides down the West Wildwood Canal blasting music. Cant something be done about this? I have called the state marine police and they need his registration numbers to act. I don't have access to a boat and I cant see the boats numbers because its always late at night.
