As a new homeowner in CM I was amazed last night around 9PM how many bike riders do not have a white front light or a rear red blinking light and no safety bell or light colored clothing or helmets. Riders of all ages love the city but they have no safety. They ride on the wrong side of the road, never stop for Stop Signs or Traffic Lights. Whats wrong ??
