I agree with the spouter about giving fines and tickets along with a court date to people who let their dogs run loose on Lower Township beaches. Township manager doesn't seemed worried about it or thinks it's not a problem. No ticket has been issued since the Reagan administration. Like everything else now that needs to change today. It will fix the problem immediately.
