Tulsa, OK was the site of one of the worst massacres of black people by white nationalists. 99 years ago Tulsa was home to “Black Wall Street” and a thriving black community. Then the white nationalists came and killed as many as 300 in the streets and burned their community to the ground, not only committing local genocide but also wiping out massive generational wealth.
