Wasn`t the sludge transfer from the Cape May Lewes Ferry to the Airport on Breakwater Road supposed to be completed by April? While sitting at the light heading East on Breakwater I felt there was a sandstorm ahead of me. I feel sorry for people with asthma or breathing problems. The amount of dust/dirt released into the air is disgusting. How about the residential houses next door and across the street less than a block away. Why not water the dry sludge down instead of letting all the dry dust/dirt into the air. Why clean your car only to drive thru a dirt/dust storm. Get the job done!
